Job Description:
As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who pays close attention to detail and utilizes strong critical thinking skills to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. You will be responsible for performing tasks related to the receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of products, parts, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to delivery or routing documents and instructions.
- Load, unload, and move items within the warehouse to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
- Store items in designated locations within the warehouse, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Assist with inventory management by keeping accurate records of items received and shipped.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in shipping, order pulling, or warehouse operations is required.
- Skills: Working with computers and scanners. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
- Requirements: Must consent to a drug screen and background check.
