Job description: Job Description:We are inviting applications for the role of Treasury Administration situated in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This role is pivotal within the Oil & Gas – Field Services industry, where you will be instrumental in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in intercompany operations.Responsibilities:
- Execute payments with precision and punctuality, adhering to established deadlines
- Verify payee details meticulously prior to processing payments
- Manage intercompany transactions in accordance with established protocols and procedures
- Prepare and submit Journal Entries (JEs) for the accounting department
- Administer tax payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver precise financial reports for the accounting team
- Oversee year-end responsibilities
- Use accounting software systems effectively for various accounting functions
- Utilize your skills in banking software and BlackLine to ensure smooth banking operations and cash management
- Apply your knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) for efficient processing of credit transfers
- Leverage your expertise in accounting best practices to maintain and audit accounts payable.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with Banking Software
- Skilled in using BlackLine
- Proficiency in Concur
- Strong understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Auditing skills
- Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH)
- Understanding of Banking Operation
- 2+ years experience in Cash Management.
Expected salary: $70000 – 80000 per year
