The firm is looking for a Transactional Paralegal that will assist attorneys with the preparation, review, and management of transactional documents and processes. This role involves handling various types of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate deals, and corporate finance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of transactional law.Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and organize transactional documents such as contracts, agreements, and amendments.
  • Assist with due diligence and document management in transactions.
  • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to facilitate transactions.
  • Prepare closing documents and handle post-closing matters.
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues relevant to transactions.
  • Maintain and manage files and databases related to transactional matters.
  • Prepare and file documents with government agencies as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of transaction summaries and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on transactional law.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, real estate, and commercial law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
