Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JOBJET website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.  

1. Use of the Services  

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.  

Account Creation: In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.  

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Services to:

Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.  

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.  

Post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.  

Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.  

2. Content

User Content: The Services may allow you to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, job postings, and comments (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Services, you grant JOBJET a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and JOBJET’s business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.  

JOBJET Content: The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by JOBJET, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.  

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. JOBJET MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.  

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBJET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JOBJET and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.  

6. Termination

JOBJET may terminate your access to and use of the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. Changes to these Terms

JOBJET reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
