You will provide exceptional candidate care and support to our Retail Division during our Holiday Hiring Season. The focus of this role will be to assist through effective and efficient administrative support within the TA Team. The role will also provide any needed additional support to the People & Performance Division as a whole.This is a temporary role from September to January 2025. Open Availability is key as the business needs will be Monday thru Sunday between the hours of 8am-8pm (up to 40 hours/week). This role can be hybrid with in-office days in our Playa Vista office.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to provide high level of administrative support
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, customer focused business is ideal.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package & programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Prior Experience with MS Office Suite or other ATS softward a Plus.
- Analytical with effective problem solving & decision making skills with strong attention to detail.
- Communicates openly, transparently & confidently across a wide variety of internal & external audiences; verbally and in writing.
- Able to adapt to change quickly and with flexibility.
- Proactive & responsive with the foresight to anticipate.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team.
