Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: Technical Sales – Battery TechnologyLocation: Richmond, BCSalary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Electronics / SalesEmployment Term: Fulltime / PermanentRoles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting with prospective clients and cultivate enduring relationships that effectively meet their needs.
- Implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and enhance the company’s global presence.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and create strategies to address it.
- Ensure company quotas are met by setting objectives and tracking progress through daily check-ins with the sales team.
- Identify and generate new leads, establish and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth.
- Sell Spectro battery devices into the automotive and stationary battery markets.
- Attend conferences, exhibit our technologies, and deliver presentations on our innovations.
- Performs all other duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience managing sales in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of success throughout the sales process.
- Ability to build a strong network and establish enduring client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Able to travel to assigned territory as needed.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
