We work with multi-functional partners across demand, sourcing, product and factory execution teams to deliver on our commits to the enterprise. We are looking for a self-motivated supply chain professional who will help scale operations in our organization to support NVIDIA’s growth. You will be responsible for driving analytical solutions to gain critical insights into demand/supply gaps, generate resolutions and optimize business process. In this role, you must be flexible, adaptable to change and deliver in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.What you’ll be doing:Enable advanced planning solutions to run end to end planning, contextualize results with an understanding of underlying algorithms, and root-cause gaps by analyzing multi-level constraints across the supply chainLeverage advanced analytics to scenario plan and communicate supply and constraints in response to different supply chain strategies and external threatsBe a data expert and develop in-depth, foundational knowledge of connected data systems across operations and the enterprise for reporting and rapid turnarounds on analysisDefine and apply planning metrics and analytics to root cause process failures and drive corrective actionDesign dashboards to provide enterprise level insight to supply vs demand to enable decision-makingDefine requirements, pivotal initiatives to scale processes and systems with changing business needs and project manage activity between multi-functional teams to implement solutionsConstantly seek ways to standardize process and increase agility in Operations to provide quick response to demand or supply chain shiftsWhat we need to see:Strong analytical skills in model building, supply simulation and algorithmic techniques with strong supply chain fundamentalsExperience in ERP System (SAP) and Advanced Planning Solutions (SAP IBP, BY, Kinaxis etc)Advance MS Excel skill with deep understanding of Excel techniquesAbility to create dashboards for data visualization with experience in analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau (advanced analytical skills in Python/R appreciated)Adept at working cordially and effectively in a team environment. Must have good interpersonal skills, able to relate respectfully with othersWell organized, attention to details, good follow-up and follow throughAbility to work and communicate with senior executive level staffAbility to manage change both within and across related organizations5+ years of progressive experience in supply planning or operations roleBS/MS/MBA degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or business or equivalent experienceWays to stand out from the crowd:Experienced user of SAP IBP advanced planning solutionPrior experience driving digital supply chain transformation in semiconductor chips, boards or systems supply chainPro-active in anticipating potential concerns; address concerns before they become an issueProject management experience in a multifaceted and matrixed environment and ability to multi-taskUnderstand theoretical frameworks from APICS and likes to apply them to real-world problems.The base salary range is 104,000 USD – 172,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and .
