Your strong communication and people skills motivate team members to excel.As a SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals (PMGM) consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their performance and talent management needs and deliver a tailored solution using SuccessFactors. In this role, you will actively identify and pursue innovative opportunities/approaches to create and deliver (internal and external) client value. You’ll ensure that your team’s work is innovative and brings value, leveraging Accenture’s offerings and best practices to all engagements. You will synthesize complex information to identify trends and potential issues and quickly isolate root causes, demonstrating comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty while adapting to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will specialize in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors’ Performance & Goals (PMGM) module, ensuring that clients achieve streamlined and effective performance management processesKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather and analyze performance and goals management requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) solutions in line with client business needs.
- Ensure successful integration of the Performance & Goals module with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Succession Planning.
- Customize goal libraries, performance forms, and workflows to align with the client’s performance review cycles, competencies, and business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for performance management, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and fostering continuous feedback and development.
- Lead and support data migration and validation activities for Performance & Goals, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the optimal functionality of the solution.
- Prepare and deliver end-user training materials and workshops, ensuring HR teams are equipped to use the Performance & Goals module effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new features, advising clients on enhancements and improvements.
- Participate in project planning, timelines, and reporting, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Provide post-go-live support to clients, resolving any technical or functional issues and advising on future improvements.
Qualifications:Experience:
- Atleast 3+ years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM), with at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Deep understanding of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, continuous feedback, and development planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to identify and resolve system issues and errors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced project environments.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, especially in goal plan templates, performance form templates, and calibration sessions.
