We pride ourselves on fostering an environment where we make a positive impact on others; upholding our beliefs in integrity, inclusion and belonging.What We Need:We are looking for a Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations supporting our brands and HON showroom space.As the Showroom Manager, you will establish a welcoming environment in the HON showroom and ensure a positive and memorable experience. You will promote our brands by developing and maintaining a working showroom that provides exceptional customer experience, dealer education, facilities management, marketing alignment, and drives successful sales engagements.What You Will Do:

  • Represent the face of the brands, welcome guests, create a positive brand experience, drive increased traffic, and elevate utilization of the facility.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host all events – manage scheduling, vendor management, and event set up and clean up.
  • Plan and coordinate special regional events to maximize brand impact. Consult with HQ Marketing for major events and the training department for onsite dealer and member trainings.
  • Creatively design customer experiences, including, but not limited to, digital experience, hospitality, and written communication.
  • Present product, furniture applications, the brand story, literature, and samples during sales absence.
  • Seek continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures to make the space more functional for customers and sales members.
  • Develop relationships with sales team and local dealer sales representatives. Fulfill requests from customers and sales members for literature and samples. Manage onsite literature and product sample libraries and sample chair program for both brands.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and sales team to create a comprehensive event strategy aimed at maximizing showroom utilization.
  • Regularly engage with the sales team to provide guidance and support in driving showroom utilization through effective meetings and communication.
  • Maintain showroom calendar, facilitate schedules, and communicate with sales team to notify of major events, product installations, etc. Maintain and communication a showroom dashboard that provides visibility to weekly events and showroom activity.
  • Coordinate and manage projects to ensure all areas of the facility (paint, carpet, equipment, electrical, etc.) are maintained to the highest quality standards. Schedule and manage contractors as needed to resolve any identified needs.
  • Schedule and manage product installers and Field Service Engineers for product installations. Partner with Design, Customer Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing to actively manage location product quality.
  • Manage punch lists to timely completion.
  • Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, areas of concentration include, but are not limited to, Architecture and Design, Interior Design, Digital Communications, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of industry experience with a focus in customer experience/client relations, event planning, project management, showroom management, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Previous experience with design or showroom management preferred.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work extended hours as required for successful execution of events and to accommodate varying event schedules and timelines.

Expected salary: $65000 – 80000 per year
