Our vision is the same, a place where employees know they can thrive.TTEC Digital seeks an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our IT services team.As the ServiceNow Technical Architect, working remotely in Canada (except for Quebec), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals. As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance, ensuring the successful deployment of scalable and robust ServiceNow applications. \nWhat You Will Do:Architectural Design and Strategy:

  • Define and design high-level architecture for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, best practices, and standards for ServiceNow implementations.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and consultants.
  • Oversee the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

Solution Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and other modules.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure, meeting the highest standards of performance and usability.

Integration and Development:

  • Architect and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware.
  • Lead the development of custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to meet unique business needs.

Project Management and Governance:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Establish governance processes to ensure consistency and quality across ServiceNow projects.

Consultation and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on leveraging ServiceNow to achieve their goals.
  • Conduct technical workshops and presentations for stakeholders, articulating architectural decisions and project status.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design Specifications, technical guidelines, and process workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • The employee is required to travel to business and customer locations, locally and/or nationally up to 30%.

What You Bring to The Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecting complex solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integration methods.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web development technologies.

· Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

· ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Service Management and CCaaS.
  • Experience with CTI and IVR integrations.
  • Experience with Field Service Management
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with additional ServiceNow products and modules.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise architecture frameworks.

What You Can Expect :

  • The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is 150,000 to 200,000 CAD. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, or skill levels.
  • This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
