Job description: Senior Treasury Analyst
We are partnering with a software company in search of a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing the cash flow, investments, and financial risk of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cash management, debt administration, trade financing, and developing and overseeing banking relationships.Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash operations, including cash positioning, borrowing decisions, and processing of wire and electronic transfers, as well as updating daily reports.
- Assist with weekly cash forecasting by preparing reports and updating accounts receivable information.
- Maintain a current repository of bank agreements and documentation.
- Develop and oversee a treasury database with details on bank accounts, contacts, and instructions.
- Coordinate guarantees for seasonal financing and securitization programs.
- Handle letters of credit by initiating, monitoring, and tracking them, ensuring appropriate collateral is in place.
- Oversee compliance and documentation for asset-based lending.
- Act as the main contact for control documentation related to financial regulations.
- Support cash management strategies and negotiations, working closely with treasury staff.
- Aid in accounts receivable analysis, reporting, and liquidity strategies as needed.
- Provide general support for financial reporting and various treasury projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in treasury management or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and treasury management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to senior management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and treasury management systems. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Expected salary: $100000 – 120000 per year
