As an Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to a fashion brand’s e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies that improve its organic search rankings. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. You will work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure that the digital presence aligns with the fashion brand’s goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:
  • Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that improve organic search performance on our e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and gaps relevant to girls’ ballet and women’s activewear.
  • Optimize website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance:
  • Track, report, and analyze website metrics and SEO performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve ranking and increase web traffic on both Amazon and Shopify.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tags, header tags, URL structure, and image optimization.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building and outreach.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure best practices are effectively implemented in new design features.
  • Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and troubleshooting.
  • Content Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation and marketing.
  • Provide SEO guidance to content creators to produce high-quality, search-friendly content.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed about the latest SEO, digital marketing trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
  • Educate the wider team on SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and etc.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

Nice-to-have (but not required) skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress).
  • Experience with optimizing for Amazon’s search algorithms (A9) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected salary: $78000 – 120000 per year
