The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the cabinetry or related industry, and will be adept at ensuring customer satisfaction through effective warranty service management.Key Responsibilities:Sales Duties:
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing customers to understand their cabinetry needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our cabinet products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Warranty Responsibilities:
- Warranty Program Management: Oversee the company’s warranty program, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly communicated to customers.
- Claims Handling: Manage and process warranty claims efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with warranty-related inquiries, providing excellent service and clear communication.
- Documentation: Ensure all warranty claims and services are thoroughly documented, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance Feedback: Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to provide feedback on recurring warranty issues, contributing to product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cabinetry, furniture, or related manufacturing industry.
- Warranty Management: Previous experience managing warranty programs or handling warranty claims is highly desirable.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and warranty terms.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly in managing warranty claims and documentation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
