Location: Victoria
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
Salary: $23/hour

– Welcoming customers and supporting them with product knowledge
– Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
– Assisting customers in selecting products and making purchasing decisions
– Receiving and verifying products, matching with packing slips, and placing them correctly
– Prioritizing and retrieving customer orders from inventory
– Picking, packing, weighing, and labeling outgoing orders accurately
– Checking inventory for product availability and conducting inventory counts
– Maintaining a clutter-free showroom, warehouse, and front counter
– Participating in merchandising and promotional activities
– Ensuring accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures
– Supporting cycle counting and various warehouse tasks
– Assisting with showroom stocking and carry-out tasks
– Processing sales transactions efficiently
– Upselling and cross-selling products
– Building customer relationships for repeat business
– Handling product returns and exchanges professionally
– Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trendsQualifications
– At least 2 years of retail experience, including customer service and sales
– Preferred: 1 year of warehouse, shipping and receiving experience
– Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively
– Professional verbal and written communication skills
– Must be adept with technology and willing to learn a new inventory management system
– Software Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
