We are seeking a highly skilled QCM / Superintendent to oversee our dredging and marine construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality control metrics, manage project timelines, and lead a team of engineers and construction staff to deliver exceptional results in a safe and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans for dredging and marine construction projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records related to quality control and project progress.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control practices and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to quality and safety on-site.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or Superintendent in dredging and marine construction.
  • Strong knowledge of dredging operations, marine construction techniques, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Expected salary: $95000 – 125000 per year
