Its responsive and effective execution is critical to the overall success of the Company. Our Team of Supply Chain professionals is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team on an interim basis to provide support on all things Supply Chain: supplier coordination, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, exception management, and data analysis. This is an opportunity to join one of the most mission-critical groups in a high-growth company.Mission of this role is: Zero Parts shortage AND Maximum inventory turns.Functional Accountabilities:
- Inventory Value: Adjusts purchasing strategies to maintain 2.0 inventory annual turns for sensor and accessory parts.
- Parts Availability: Ensures Zero stock outs before kits need to go to production.
- Supplier Management: Actively strengthens the relationships with Key Suppliers. Establishes regular meetings where necessary and provides visibility on future AML demand.
- Cash Flow Focused: Negotiates off-book or long term purchase agreements to maximize cash flow. Understands the levers that impact cash flow performance.
- Data Accuracy: Purchase Order and Part data is always accurate.
- Backup: Supports other Supply chain activities, including, kitting, job completion and inventory counts.
- Raises the Bar: Active participant in the pursuit of higher performance standards within the company.
- Engages with the Methodology: Demonstrates learning and application of AMLs 7 Systems.
- Same day engagement: Responds to supplier communications within the same business day.

- EQ / Emotional Intelligence: Ability to use and manage emotions in ways to communicate effectively, overcome challenges, and navigate conflict. Can assess this ability in others.
- ERP/MRP understanding: Can navigate a complex manufacturing resource planning system. Able to understand the various demand and supply links, can take action to ensure smooth demand planning.
- Solution Finding: Doesn’t necessarily know all the answers, but has the ability to FIND the answers.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of AML’s sensor product line. Can link shared information from various sources to impact on supply of parts.
- Organizational skills: Ability to organize and systematize digital information with an eye for accuracy and completeness.
- Influencer: Ability to win friends and influence people; consensus builder, conflict resolver, and relationship builder.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal format at a professional level

Expected salary: $50000 – 60000 per year
