We are looking for experienced NYC DOB Gas Qualified Plumbing Mechanics.
Ideal candidate will have NYC DOB 16-Hour Limited Gas Work Certification or Full Gas Work Certification.Applicants must demonstrate an ability to:
– Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
– Follow building plans, blueprints, and rough drawings.
– Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
– Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
– Safely use hand and power tools.
– Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
– Complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
Expected salary: $30 – 32 per hour
