The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases and a commitment to advocating for the rights of injured individuals. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact to the firm and represent clients throughout Nevada.Responsibilities:⦁ Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.⦁ Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from start to finish.⦁ Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.⦁ Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties.⦁ Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.⦁ Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and trends in personal injury litigation.Qualifications:⦁ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.⦁ Admission to the Nevada State Bar in good standing.⦁ At least 3 years of experience practicing plaintiff personal injury law.⦁ Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, hearings, and trials.⦁ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.⦁ Ability to work with both independently and as part of a team.⦁ Dedication to providing high-quality legal representation and advocating for clients’ rights.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume via email to coleton.jeralds@gogpac.com
