Salary: $20-$21 per hour
Workdays: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Location: Position based in the East of MontrealResponsibilities
-Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors, register them, and direct them to the appropriate people or departments.
-Managing Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls, transfer them to the relevant personnel, or take messages.
-Handling Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
-Managing Emails: Respond to general emails and redirect them as necessary.
-Office Supplies Management: Monitor supply levels, place orders, and maintain inventory.
-Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Prepare documents, make photocopies, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications
-Previous Experience: Experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is an asset.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
-Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and organize work independently.
-Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).Summary
