The Residency consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried+benefits, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales.As an Associate Sales Development Representative (BDR), you will be critical in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will help build a pipeline of qualified leads for our employer partner’s sales team and be the first point of contact (POC) to engage prospects.
