Job description: DHHS-ITD requires the services of a Ssytem Administrator to perform tasks associated with the build/deploy processes and environment management for the NCFAST application.The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requires the assistance of a contract resource to serve as System Administrator to support the implementation and maintenance of portfolio applications.This position will be responsible for performing tasks associated with the build and deploy processes for the NCFAST and Child Welfare applications by preparing and executing build scripts and troubleshooting build related issues for the portfolio applications. This responsibility involves build activities for large number of different test, development and production environments utilized by the portfolio program applications. It encompasses web layer configurations, Red hat Linux/CentOS and Windows operating systems, the IBM WebSphere application configurations with clustering, IBM IHS Web servers, and other related products.This resource will provide technical consultation to developers and solution engineers for branches & Merges, Maintenance of the environment and its statuses.Required/Desired Skills
