We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.Your functionI am currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the field of electrical transport located in Drummondville – Permanent position 40 hours per week.Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
– Ensure compliance and system quality during all phases of vehicle production and assembly
– Be the technical expert for product modifications in the production line, and for the related documentation
– Ensure proper product integration into the production line, according to methodologies and standards
– Resolve problems during all phases, and act as technical referent in the event of a problem
– Work with other departments to ensure the safety, quality and productivity of processes and products.You will be an expert in the following subjects:– Product development and integration, including design, production release, training and
deployment
– Continuous product and process improvementYour professional skills– Priority management and rigor
– Innovative spirit and strong communication skills

Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous and likes to work in teams.Your profile-At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant training
-OIQ member: CPI or Titre Ing
-Fluency in written and spoken French, English an asset
-Experience with CAD software (3D 2D)
-Knowledge of ERP
-Knowledge of manufacturing principles, metrology tools, lean manufacturing
-Proficiency in Office suite– Salary: $80k – $110k depending on experience
