Job description: Description :Under general supervision, the Maintenance 2 Technician performs semi-skilled work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment; can perform plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work. This particular position will be our in-house painter and needs to be proficient in drywall, texture, and painting.As the Maintenance 2 Technician-Painter, you will help keep our buildings and common areas looking fresh with paint, texture, and drywall touch-ups and repairs. You will also do full repaints when required.
