- Support team staff including recognition, coaching, disciplinary actions, and contributing towards performance evaluations in collaboration with the Supervisor.
- Collaborate with on-snow supervisors and managers to ensure facilities, processes and guest interactions are friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
Collect, review, and report on guest experience data to ensure company and guest quality expectations are metMaintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent requiredCurrent PSIA/AASI certification required2-5 years of ski or snowboard instructor experience requiredAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekendsAble to meet the physical demands of ski and ride training and drillsAbility to frequently walk/stand, stoop/reach, crouch, and kneel frequentlyAbility to lift/carry up to 50lbsMust be able to communicate fluently in EnglishThe expected pay range is $23.00 – $24.07.
