- Orchestrate Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create comprehensive marketing campaigns that integrate various communication channels to present a unified brand message that helps attract and convert leads, and engages customers.
- Develop Marketing Funnels that Convert: Analyze and create need/pain and product funnels that embody brand voice, relevant and valuable to the right buyer segment. Guide content creators in producing high-quality assets tailored for different stages of the customer journey with a focus on conversion.
- Create High Quality and Value-Driven Campaigns: Monitor market trends, competitor marketing activities, and industry benchmarks to keep campaigns relevant and innovative. Gather customer insights to refine targeting and messaging for better engagement. Focus on storytelling that connects with different customer personas throughout their journey.
- Manage Marketing Operations & Reports: Create dashboards, emails, and landing pages, and manage campaign automation and segmentation. Manage the marketing calendar and effectively communicate deadlines, campaign schedules, goals, progress, and results to internal stakeholders.
- KPIs To Measure Your Success: TOFU Traffic, asset CTR, Conversion to MQL/Opp/Won, Customer Engagement, Share of Voice and Sentiment, Brand Preference
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Not Your First Rodeo: 3-7 years of experience in creating and managing integrated campaigns across the buying journey. Comfortable performing ICP research to help craft messages that resonate and convert.
- Strategy Development: Proven success in creating a unified cross-channel strategy to support brand awareness and business objectives, and experience partnering with Demand Gen to hit lead generation, conversion, and retention targets.
- Email Expert: Skilled at creating high-performing email marketing programs from product launches and nurture emails to event invites and outbound sequences. Experienced working with graphic designers, setting up email campaigns, augmenting data, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Operational Excellence: HubSpot power user, proficient with list management, workflow creation, and reporting. Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, or other CMS. Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Clay, Zoominfo, RocketReach).
- Collaborative Mindset: You embrace partnerships with sales, marketing associates, customers, and industry influencers, to ensure holistic campaigns that resonate.

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment – a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!
- You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30 Mbps download speed.
