Through our trauma-focused and neuroscience-informed curriculum, we support therapists in meeting licensure requirements while enhancing their expertise. We’re based in Kansas City, MO, but our team operates fully remote.About the Role:
We’re looking to hire a motivated, experienced Google Ads & SEO Specialist who can strategically manage ad campaigns, optimize SEO, and contribute to our growth in the online education space. This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position as performance and needs evolve.This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 3-6 months.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Building and implementing a comprehensive Google Ads campaign strategy focused on driving conversions and achieving optimal ROAS.
  • Developing and executing an SEO strategy that emphasizes on-page optimizations, content creation, and keyword analysis.
  • Regularly analyzing and adjusting campaigns to improve performance against budget goals, using tools like WickedReports.
  • Providing weekly progress reports on campaigns, transitioning to less frequent reporting as familiarity with the role increases.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads media buying, ideally managing budgets of $20K-$25K+ per month.
  • Ability to utilize both industry-standard and cutting-edge Google Ads strategies to effectively capture high-converting leads (e.g., negative keywords, bidding analysis, competitor audits, split testing, control campaigns).
  • Skilled in SEO strategy and proficient with tools like Semrush and Ahrefs to research the competitive landscape, develop/optimize website copy and search tags across the platform, and boost organic traffic and conversions.
  • Expertise in content creation for SEO, developing engaging blogs, meta tags, and ad copy.
  • Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV) and ability to use marketing attribution tools like WickedReports.
  • Self-starter comfortable with minimal supervision, flexible, and organized.
  • Experienced in the continuing education, online learning, or info product space with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
