Job description: We are excited to announce the addition of a Treatment Plan Coordinator role to our well establish Dental Practice in Manhattan.Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
– Schedule and confirm patient appointments
– Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients with inquiries or concerns
– Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records
– Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other healthcare professionals
– Educate patients on dental procedures, treatment options, and financial arrangements
– Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office by managing schedules and coordinating with the dental team“`Qualifications:“`
– Previous experience in a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator role or similar position strongly preferred
– Proficiency in using Open Dental or other dental practice management software
– Knowledge of implant treatment plans a plus!
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of insurance and patient financial options is a must
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Expected salary: $24 – 28 per hour
