Salary: Up to $27 per hour based on experience

We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for you as a Forklift Trainer, where you can share your expertise and make a difference.Job Overview:As a Forklift Trainer, you will lead engaging training sessions for both new and seasoned forklift operators. Your in-depth knowledge of forklift operations will ensure that all trainees are well-versed in safety protocols and operational best practices.Key Responsibilities:– Deliver training sessions covering both theoretical and practical aspects of forklift operation.
– Assess trainees’ skills and knowledge to ensure compliance with safety standards.
– Develop and update training materials as needed.
– Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance operators’ skills.
– Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.Qualifications:– At least of 2 years of forklift operation experience.
– At least 1 year of relevant education (CEGEP/diploma/certificate) in training, health and safety, or related fields.
– Strong knowledge of forklift operations and safety protocols.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to tailor training methods to accommodate various learning styles.
