As a result, we are continuously licensing and/or acquiring new products and solutions aimed at addressing the essential needs of consumers, patients, and health care partners.Role OverviewReporting to the Manager of FP&A & Corporate Finance, the Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring SOX compliance, and assisting with analysis of month-end reporting. The role involves performing detailed financial analysis, preparing reports for senior management, and collaborating with various departments to provide actionable insights. The Financial Analyst will also participate in ad hoc projects and support the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.Key ResponsibilitiesSarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance:
- Participates in the documentation, review, and validation of key business processes and internal controls.
- Assists in SOX walkthroughs to identify any changes in SOX controls.
- Gathers supporting documentation to test the design and operating effectiveness of existing key internal controls.
- Documents control deficiencies, monitors the status of remediation efforts, and follows up with process owners to ensure timely completion.
- Assists in managing and monitoring SOX compliance tasks in the company Compliance software.
- Performs other SOX compliance tasks as required.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in the overall financial planning and analysis process, including supporting and monitoring the preparation of budget forecasts, long-range financial plans, and variance analysis.
- Provide detailed preliminary analysis to the manager for financial analysis reports and presentations to senior management, providing preliminary commentary on key financial metrics and insights.
- Under the guidance of the manager, collaborate with department heads on management reporting, in-depth analysis, and other value-added ad hoc requests as needed.
Ad Hoc Projects:
- Supports various finance-related projects as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis for special projects or initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation, or in pursuit of.
- 1-3 years of experience in either: financial planning and analysis, management reporting, SOX complaint or a related field

- Salary Range: $60,000- $90,000
