Responsible for the development and supervision of Field Clinical team members within assigned geography. Actively participates in the Field Clinical Specialist hiring process. Coordinates regional coverage needs while promoting company products through clinical education and support of current and potential customers and patients.BIOTRONIK is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $120,000-150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, BIOTRONIK offers a bonus program and comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.Compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, experience, and other factors.Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify training needs and gaps and provide coaching and development for direct reports.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts that require resources within or outside the region. Provides clinical support and education to local Field Clinical Specialists as needed by supporting CRM procedures.
  • Increasing efficiencies of clinical support by leveraging remote technologies.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to ensure clinical team goals, objectives and support are aligned with the regional sales strategy.
  • Lead Zero Gravity sales efforts for assigned geography.
  • Communicates regularly with direct reports, Regional Sales Manager, CRM Sales Reps, peers, and Area Vice President regarding clinical activities and changes in the marketplace.
  • Oversees T&E for clinical team members including the timely review and approval of expense reports.
  • Responsible for carrying out company policies and ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Respond to customer needs related to products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and development of team members, and facilitate and manage company-sponsored training and events.
  • Provide feedback during regular field visits and formally during corporate mid-year and annual performance review process.
  • Lead team in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports.
  • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience
  • IBHRE certification and demonstrated aptitude in CRM therapy knowledge for implants and device support
  • Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage conflict effectively and effect change
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be energetic, organized, determined and goal-oriented
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic

Travel/Availability Requirements

  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%
  • Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory
  • Available to work and travel on the weekends and evenings, as needed
  • Ability to travel outside of assigned territory with ease, as needed
  • Continuous verbal and written communication
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
