Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.The Facilities Coordinator will provide support to the Site and Workplace Experience team with operational activities in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success.Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office.Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service.Provide coordination and support events, meeting and conference facilities as required.Assist with furniture moves, cube reconfigurations and general moves as requiredIdentify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times and the provision of a safe workplace.Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion.Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.Other duties that may include but are not limited to: reception and guest support, office supplies and equipment maintenanceProvide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facilityDeliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback.Coordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope.Experience and Qualifications:1-3 years relevant experience supporting multiple people in a professional services organizationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and move furniture as neededSupport a positive team environment with a friendly and can do attitudeBuild rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitorsHigh level of proficiency and working knowledge of OutlookWork enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and idea sharing verbally and through actionAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsStrong ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume fast paced environmentAbility to manage time well and be self-motivated, without direct supervisionStrong client service orientation; proactive working style and friendly, helpful attitude -Commitment to high professional ethical standardsProvide superior client service (85% weighting)Contribute to the growth of the company (10% weighting)Enhance own professional and personal skills (5% weighting)Estimated total compensation for this position:47,840.00 – 54,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
