They are seeking an Executive Senior Superintendent.
- Ensure on-site safety compliance with client, OSHA, and corporate policies in collaboration with the Safety Department.
- Maintain quality and adherence to drawings, specifications, and local codes, working with the site superintendent and project management to implement the project’s quality control program.
- Contribute to work scopes and subcontractor selection as needed.
- Participate in post-bid and project kick-off meetings.
- Collaborate with project management and internal departments (safety, estimating, accounting, payroll, billing, document control) to support project success through all stages, including closeout.
- Generate weekly reports on key project milestones.
- Attend progress and coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address long lead times, design issues, schedule concerns, and corrective actions.
- Monitor daily superintendent reports and weekly progress photos.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure that changes to work scopes, including cost and schedule impacts, are communicated to and approved by the owner before implementation.
- Direct project superintendents and staff to ensure accurate documentation of changes.
- Work with and guide project superintendents, assistant superintendents, and administrative staff to ensure proper documentation of changes.
- Manage and mentor staff to effectively run multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in monthly progress/status meetings, reporting on project status, schedule, budget, and opportunities to company leadership.

- 15 years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in the ICI sector.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong ability to interpret construction specifications and drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of all trade disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems.
- Skilled in construction methods, work sequencing, and managing detailed construction schedules.
- Capable of understanding all facets of large, complex projects or multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and ensure project completion by team members.
- Strong computer skills are a must; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Procore, and any required customer software (e.g., BMI 360, Contract Manager, E-Builder).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
