Let’s create extraordinary things together.Job Summary:Semtech Corporation is seeking an experienced Digital Outbound Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute on multi-channel outbound campaigns that will directly drive pipeline growth and revenue generation. As a global leader in innovative semiconductor solutions, Semtech is committed to providing a seamless digital experience for our customers, partners, and stakeholders. We’re looking for a creative, analytical marketer to lead outbound campaign efforts that will directly drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.Responsibilities:Design, create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase prospect and customer engagement and conversion using outbound levers including but not limited to:Automated outbound workflows supporting trigger eventsLead nurturing campaigns to support engagementABM initiativesDigital event marketing (webinars, events, podcasts, etc.), pre-event and post-eventDevise and drive data-driven experiments in marketing campaigns that innovates user experience; scale and drive automation of winning experiments to improve user experience and engagementOwn and curate the marketing database to ensure the firm’s universe of prospects is constantly growing and highly accurate (automating processes where needed / necessary)Report and monitor success metrics for the outbound marketing channel mix and identify critical improvement opportunities within the programs with action plans to addressMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketingExperience in identifying target audiences and driving lead generationExperience in managing corporate marketing events strategy and executionAbility to work cross functionally with internal teams as well as with customers and partnersKnowledge of marketing, events, and sales enablement best practicesExcellent project management skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Experience with Marketing Automation software (HubSpot a plus)Experience working with Salesforce preferredThe intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
