  • The Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience responsible or designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable data pipelines that support our business intelligence and advanced analytics efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, cloud computing, and ETL processes, along with a passion for working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows.

Technical Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or a related field.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support data integration, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from a variety of data sources, including relational databases.
  • Collaborate with data architects and analysts to design and implement data models that support reporting, analytics, and data science use cases
  • Optimize and maintain existing data pipelines to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across different environments.
  • Develop and implement data quality monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
  • Develop and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to consolidate data from multiple systems into our data warehouse or data lake.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data from different business units, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and ready for analysis.
  • Implement and adhere to data governance policies and practices to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architecture, ensuring knowledge sharing and transparency.
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing concepts.
