This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive experience for every caller.Pay Range:$850 – $1150 weeklyResponsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the database
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings
- Assist with follow-up calls or emails as needed to ensure issue resolution
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues
