Job description: Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Coordinator who would play an instrumental role in managing all activities of a housing Co-op. Reporting to the Board of Directors, day to day duties include development, budget management, property management, and office administration. The Coordinator should have experience working in a community based Social Services setting or the non-profit sector.Key Responsibilities: * Advise & support the Board and different committees.
- Providing reports to the Board, Municipal partners and external accounting firm.
- Property management and maintenance.
- Rental Administration & member selection.
- Office administration and office management.
- Tenant relations.
Requirements:Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and website maintenance.
- Ability to independently work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Familiarity with property management practices, relevant Acts, and social services.
Compensation:
- Salary range from $59,000 – $65,000

Expected salary: $59000 – 65000 per year
