- 7-10 years of bankruptcy related associate experience (Must have)
- Admission to Pennsylvania Bar Must have)
- Familiarity with local rules of various bankruptcy courts
- Must have the ability to maintain and expand client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Portable books of business are a plus, not required.
- Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation
- Will include material involvement in a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring, and litigation matters
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Client-facing experience
- Ability to work well with a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
