The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of ones assigned B2B/EDI projects’ life cycle. In this role, you will be collaborating with not only Super Micro’s US and international customers but also with internal departments such as Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other Software team from our US, Netherlands, and Taiwan sites. The Associate Project Manager position will play a critical role in ensuring successfully and well-managed projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and our external customers to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project plans’ tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate updates as needed
- Create project’s related documents (Requirements, Flow Charts, User Guides) as required
- Coordinate, document, and lead internal and external SIT, QA, and UAT
- Provide training sessions to internal business teams
- Work with our Engineer to resolve issues resulting from your alpha testing of our EDI websites
- Assist Engineers in troubleshooting and reproducing PROD issues
- Work with cross functional (Sales, Accounting, Warehouses, and Purchasing) teams to provide and implement technical and process solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field is preferred
- Solid knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI x12 (810, 850, 855, 856, 860, and 865), RosettaNet, and XML API
- 1 to 3 years of managing and supporting order-to-cash EDI/B2B projects
- Hands on experience with an ERP application preferably SAP Sales Orders and Purchasing modules
- 1+ years of writing SQL queries using MS SQL Server
- Ability to take ownership and ensure critical execution for deliverables
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identity issues, evaluating options, and make decisions that align with the project’s goals
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range$69,000 – $87,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
