As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the litigation process. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. - 3 – 5 years of litigation experience
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership with the GA state bar
- Motivated to grow
Responsibilities:
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
- Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
- Manage your own cases
