As an Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley Nicholson – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. As a licensed account manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer’s insurance needs, providing expert advice on suitable coverage options, and guiding them through the process of securing appropriate policies. - Policy Sales- effectively communicate the features, benefits and terms of various insurance policies, guiding them through the selection and purchase process
- Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance to address their insurance related needs.
- Policy Management- Assist customers with policy management tasks such as policy renewals, updates and billing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Property & Casualty License required
- Active Life, Accident & Sickness License preferred (must be willing to obtain)
- Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to meeting the needs of clients and providing personalized solutions
- High ethical standards and integrity in all dealings with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Outstanding critical thinking skills

Expected salary: $35000 – 75000 per year
