Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Access Service Rep to join our client.Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $19.51 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:
- Work in a queue- managing queue
- SLAs- high volume
- Fast paced environment
- Work is divided up amongst the team
- Assigned an equal amount of work and need to complete by EOD
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Data entry experience
- Administrative / back-office experience
- Strong communication
- Ability to multitask
- SLAs can meet deadlines.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritizing skills for a high volume, deadline driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage change
