They offer a competitive base commensurate with experience, with bonus incentives to the right candidate.Qualifications:
- JD from an Canadian accredited law school
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, corporate administration and governance, drafting and negotiation contracts especially related to real estate, licensing, and entity formations
- Portable book of business
Responsibilities:
- A team player with the ability to collaborate in a close-knit environment
- Proficiency at business development
- Cultivate relationships with the firm’s existing and future clients
- Provide leadership and direction with respect to juniors

Expected salary: $175000 – 230000 per year
