You’ll work closely with multiple departments, providing valuable support and gaining hands-on experience in the insurance industry. This is a fantastic entry-level position with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.Key Responsibilities:– Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and welcoming clients and visitors
– Organize and maintain client files and office records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
– Assist in preparing, proofreading, and distributing insurance-related documents and reports
– Collaborate with various departments, including claims and underwriting, to support daily operations
– Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and assist in maintaining a well-organized work environment
– Support special projects and handle data entry as requiredCandidate Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with insurance or administrative software is a plus
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking abilities
– A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
