- 2-4 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or a similar field, with a proven track record of successful strategic leadership that delivers both business results and people development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and engage others in a dynamic environment, maintaining a commercial focus while balancing efficiency and profitability.

- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Unit Fulfilment Solution, ensuring site-specific needs are met.
- Monitor and ensure accurate range management and stock accuracy within the unit.
