Glad you asked!Reporting to the Senior Director of Platform Development, the successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the online and mobile banking platforms, emphasizing a digital-first strategy to enhance the experience for both members and team members. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, conducting business analysis for new requirements and processes, and continuously seeking innovative opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, focusing on member experience, and leveraging data analytics to guide strategic decisions, ensuring the platforms remain competitive and user-friendly.What will you do?
- Manage the product backlog with a product roadmap and continuously groom the backlog based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and business teams across the organization to gather business requirements and member feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors to implement and launch new features, technical mapping, and functionalities as specified in the business plan and enhancements roadmap.
- Offer platform support, promptly address issues, and respond to staff and member feedback and concerns.
- Oversee and ensure the performance and availability of the online and mobile banking platform, coordinating with third-party vendors to manage and resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other Product Managers to assess the impact of new functionality on different platforms.
- Create business requirements and design documents to ensure conformity with platform standards.

Some things that would impress us:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- Must have experience in the banking sector.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in digital banking, digital onboarding/lending, and core banking systems, particularly those with experience in DNA.
- Understanding of APIs and experience with Postman.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience in product management, project management, and QA methodology.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality in work.
