- Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing estate planning documents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry, document drafting, and legal paperwork
- Provide up-to-date and accurate information for client cases
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for their estate plans
- Establish rapport and trust with clients to facilitate the planning process
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet client needs and firm expectations
- Ensure timely completion of estate planning projects
- Assist in the administration of trusts and estates after the

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in estate planning or related legal field
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and review
