Job description: Job Description:Yum! Brands is looking for a Global Head of Net Revenue Management that will be responsible for establishing the Net Revenue Management function, developing and implementing strategies to maximize consumer value & franchisee profitability while growing transactions, and ultimately supporting the profitable growth of our franchise partner’s businesses. This role is one of strategy, leadership, influencing, and delivering results.This leader will initially report to the Global Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Hut, building and optimizing brand capability across the breadth of Net Revenue Management disciplines-from pricing, to promotional and product strategy. The focus of this role will be on Pizza Hut for the first ~12 months before broadening to all of Yum!’s brands.The leader will partner with U.S. and international markets, across Pizza Hut & all Yum! sister brands’, third-party partners, and franchisees, to build a Net Revenue Management function that leverages the scale of Yum! and eventually be part of the Yum! Finance leadership team.Key Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert on all facets of Net Revenue Management across Yum! – champion exploration of leading-edge capabilities
- Develop a comprehensive global Net Revenue Management strategy in partnership with each of our four brands and in support of Yum’s overall strategy and direction
- Establish actionable Net Revenue Management policies, procedures, and best practices that (in collaboration with franchisees) can be applied to established business units and can flex to support smaller markets with more limited data
- Balance establishment of longer-term sustainable approaches with capturing value through the identification and implementation of quick wins
- Conduct analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, price sensitivities and consumer behavior to inform revenue management strategies, including pricing
- Design, build and lead a high-performing global revenue management team that can be scaled across Yum!
- Collaborate with cross-functional & cross-brand teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue management initiatives
- Build relationships with key third parties, especially franchisees, to understand pain points, identify targeted Net Revenue Management opportunities, establish clear success criteria
- Provide support for specific revenue management decisions of significant brand / market combinations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions with experience leading teams, working with executive teams, and delivering results
- Minimum of 5 years of experience focused specifically on revenue management, pricing strategy, or a related field either at a company or as a consultant
- Deep experience in working in a multi-cultural matrix organization, spanning multiple geographies & business units with, at times, conflicting interests; global work experience is a plus
- Agile approach balancing strategic thinking and action-orientation, with the ability of building long-term, scalable solutions while driving immediate impact through implementation of quick wins
- Previous experience with roles requiring close collaboration with external stakeholders (e.g., distributors, dealers, brokers), ideally in a franchise environment
- Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and desire to drive significant impact on our organization
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and partner with other cross-functional leaders
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to multitask in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
Salary Range: $180,000 to $215,000 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable) + stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position.
