Job DescriptionBeing a Technical Program Manager at Press Ganey means driving impact and delivering measurable results across a wide range of areas. The primary responsibilities of this positions are 1) drive strategy and execution for our product platforms, 2) dive deep into system design and architecture to become a SME, 3) use technical and product understanding of the user problems and business needs to deliver our vision and roadmap, and 4) work with the Engineering and Product teams to scale our products by identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth through internal and external partnerships.Duties and Responsibilities
- Define requirements and project scopes.
- Lead a cross-functional program that can span infrastructure, software, data, analytics, core technology, content, operations, marketing, legal, and finance.
- Own the program schedule from concept through launch by managing the delivery of key program milestones.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the program.
- Proactively identify and drive resolution of critical program risks/issues.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Establish best practices along with key performance indicators to ensure success.
- Be able to distill complex topics into clear communications to program stakeholders.
- Ensure resource needs are established and fulfilled.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product/program management experience, software engineering background desirable.
- Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
- Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Working understanding of Core technologies (.Net Core, HTML/CSS, Angular / React, SQL) to support the team or feature area(s).
- 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies including grooming, sizing, and prioritization.
