You’re instrumental in designing and delivering impactful programs that captivate and engage learners, while expertly managing day-to-day operations to keep everything running smoothly.Collaborating with the Producer Development team, L&D Specialists, the Acceleration Program Team, HR Business Partners, and key business stakeholders, you ensure our learning experiences resonate across the company. Your focus on measuring program ROI and constantly enhancing our approach sets new standards for continuous improvement. Passionate about fostering a growth mindset, you inspire exceptional results, making a tangible difference in our organization’s success.In this role you will…Coordinate engaging, instructor-led learning sessions and webinars by expertly scheduling, communicating with participants and facilitators, and tracking attendance and course completions.Actively support the design and delivery of impactful curriculum, including content development, webinars, and engaging marketing materials that resonate both internally and externally.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance learner engagement, bringing recommended learning to life through marketing, reporting, and targeted advisory support.Act as the main point of contact for L&D inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing requests with efficiency.Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, coaches, and learning partners, fostering a network of experts to enrich learning experiences.Embraces and promotes best practices in learning and development, inspiring content creators, subject matter experts, people leaders, and learners to grow and excel.What you’ll bringPost-secondary education in a relevant field (Business Administration, Communications, etc.) with 1-3+ years’ administration or administrative/project coordination experience.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and video conferencing technology.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate closely with business partners, SMEs and learners;Ability to work within a project/team environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for project deliverables.Self-motivated with high attention to detail and a focus on results while remaining flexible and adaptable.Analytical with ability to synthesize data and identify trends.Sales or sales training experience is considered an asset.Approximate Salary Range for Role: $54,563 to $70,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations in Canada.
