  • Vendor management to ensure the timely achievement of department goals.
  • All preventative maintenance requirement for all systems and equipment is evaluated and documented.
  • Deliver on Health and Safety requirements.
  • Programs are implemented in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Facilitate and schedule ongoing and open communication with tenants to understand any concerns or needs.
  • Respond to after-hours emergency calls and support any onsite actions required.
  • Manage service contracts, standards and KPIs.
  • Excel in customer service, understanding that everyone is your customer.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be living in Toronto, or close by.
  • Experience in facilities/building/mall management and 3rd party vendor management
  • Thorough knowledge of general maintenance procedures
  • Excels in customer service
  • Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a problem solver
